What's next from Mopar EVTS?


In a few days you will receive, via US Mail to the address you gave us, your Mopar EVTS Member Welcome Kit that contains specifics about your vehicle and the Service Plan you purchased. Please keep them where you can find them, but not in your vehicle.

It’s critical that you keep us up-to-date whenever there is a change to your contact information or ownership of your Mopar EVTS registered vehicle. Additionally, all EVTS owners must contact the company at least once per year to ensure their information is up to date.

Don’t worry, you will receive the appropriate service plan renewal / update notice each year as a reminder to contact Mopar EVTS and update your information.

Call 1-877-477-3710 if any of the following information changes during the course of the year:

• Physical and/or Mailing address
• Current contact telephone numbers
• Current email address
• Vehicle ownership status
• Edits/changes to Authorized Mopar EVTS Account Users
• Update emergency contacts
